1564171 - Explorer 3.2 SP2 web application does not start after enabling SSO.

Symptom

  • 404 error appears when opening Explorer/Polestar's URL.
  • Tomcat cannot start polestar web application after enabling SSO for Explorer.
  • The following error message could be found in the Tomcat log files:  
ERROR [[/polestar]] Exception starting filter authFilter
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: com/wedgetail/idm/sso/AuthFilter
