1565606 - No channels found in PI Mapping Runtime Cache

After an upgrade of a Process Integration (PI) system to 7.1x, it is not possible to update the Java cache for Mapping Programs.

1. When processing messages which use lookups e.g. RFC lookups, you get an error like:
   The channel with object ID 234f058d5ehf33d3b62b95d524a93d2p could not be found in the Integration Server Java Cache. Check if the channel exists in the Integration Server Java Cache. Check if the channel exists in the Integration Builder Directory and execute a refresh of the Java Cache
2. In the Runtime Workbench -> Cache Monitoring, you get a Channel not found error when searching for communication channels
