1566736 - Metadata integrators stay in "Pending" status

Symptom

• When any integrator is ran (e.g. RDBMS integrator) the status shows pending and never starts.
• No file log is available, and the database log is empty.
• Check for - The Windows event viewer may show an error corresponding to the time of the integrator launch:
Subprocess (Job Server Child) could not be started. Reason: Couldn't get IJob interface or writing IAudit: Pipe exception. Reason:
jobserverchild (MM.SchedulingService, 0, Timeout waiting for Child [6324] to register ([120]seconds).
• The MMJobserver is enabled, started, and we’ve verified that it is running. It is using the default options.
