1567015 - Some exporting format not available when viewing a report created in Crystal Reports, in SAP BI LaunchPad or from a Viewer

Symptom

  • Export to Text missing.
      
  • Export to Tab Separated Text (TTX) format missing.
         
  • The option to export a report created in Crystal Reports to some format, like Text, or TTX  are not avaiolable from SAP BI LaunchPad, or a Viewer.
        
  • The only exporting options available are:
    • Crystal Reports (RPT)
    • Adobe Acrobat (PDF)
    • Excel (XLS)
    • Microsoft Excel Data Only (XLS)
    • Microsoft Word (RTF)
    • Microsoft Word - Editable (RTF)
    • Rich Text Format - (RTF)
          
  • The option to export a report to Text format is available when viewing the report in Crystal Reports designer.
