Symptom

  • Tomcat service starts and stops immediately
  • Tomcat configuration utility crashes when selecting Java tab (tomcat5w.exe - Application Error.  The instruction at "0x7c82a9a2" referenced memory at "0x0061006a".  The memory could not be "read".)
    • NOTE: The memory addresses may be different
