Warning message while using transactions WSCONFIG, WSADMIN and LPCONFIG:
From SAP NW04s SP14, new service definitions in the ABAP development environment are no longer administered using transactions WSADMIN and WSCONFIG.
Use transaction SOAMANAGER (SOA = Service Oriented Architecture) for the administration of new service definitions.
When executing transaction SOAMANAGER, you cannot see any option to transport your WebServices between envinronments.
