1570144 - BW Publisher fails to publish reports to BusinessObjects after enabling SSL

Symptom

  • Unable to publish non-published reports (yellow semaphore icon) to BusinessObjects from /crystal/rptadmin, receiving the error "0000000001 Unable to commit the changes to Enterprise. Reason: Report object does not have an associated .rpt."
  • Already published reports (green semaphore icon) can be re-published without errors.
