1570256 - Query as a Web Service does not work on WebSphere 7

Symptom

  • Clicking on the Services link on your Axis 2 Welcome page gives you an Internal Server Error on the services list page.
  • You get following errors in the Websphere 7 SystemOut.log:
    • at javax.servlet.GenericServlet.init(GenericServlet.java:241)
    • at org.apache.axis2.transport.http.AxisServlet.init (AxisServlet.java:413)
    • at org.apache.axis2.transport.http.AxisServlet.init (AxisServlet.java:487)
