Symptom

  • Refreshing Web Intelligence reports in InfoView produces a white screen in the browser and\or the error message:"Cannot get an output file for the document. (Error: RWI00314) (Error: INF)."
  • Resulting in the crash of Web Intelligence Processing Server
  • The following error is output in the Web Intelligence Processing Server's trace log:
