Symptom

  • DC (Development Component) activation fails due to used DCs being broken. For instance, the error sap.com/tc/brms/bi/bp/buildtool" (variant "default") is being marked as BROKEN is populated in the logs.
  • "USAGE IS FORBIDDEN BY SOFTWARE COMPONENT" is written in CBS request log.
