When logging into BusinessObjects Enterprise through Manage Servers in Central Configuration Manager the error "Internal error: Unable to initialize the sessions" is seen.

Reproducing the Issue

1. Go to Central Configuration Manager.
2. Click on Manage Servers.
3. It would ask for the credentials.
4. Login and the error "Internal error: Unable to initialize the sessions" is seen.

Resolution

Reboot the web application server machine.
