1571001 - Warning 'alertDlg is undefined' when opening a Desktop Intelligence report from .NET InfoView

Symptom

  • While trying to open a Desktop Intelligence report from .NET InfoView, the report hangs.
  • In the Internet Explorer status bar a warning message is displayed with the detail 'alertDlg is undefined'.
  • Also, while trying to view/create a Web Intelligence document, user gets an error "An error has occurred:Culture name 'en-cb' is not supported. Parameter name:name".
  • Microsoft KB 928365 was installed.
  • No issues when using Java InfoView.
