1571287 - Crystal Reports viewed in Infoview do not prompt on 1st refresh against SAP BW

Symptom

  • Crystal Reports containing BW prompts published via BW publisher do not prompt on the 1st refresh in InfoView or BI Launchpad 4.0
  • Receive Error message within BI 4.0 Launchpad: "The viewer could not process an event. Error in File <NameOfReport>.rpt:Encapsulating page failed. [] ---- Error code:0 [CRWEB00000119]"
  • Symptom does not present itself within Crystal Reports 2008 or 2011 client applications.  This only occurs after publishing the report to the Enterprise.
