1571351 - Unable to edit PI Repository objects

• You are unable to edit objects in the Enterprise Services Repository (ESR).
• When trying to import the objects to the ESR, the following error occurs:
  "Software component version is not modifiable. Import is therefore currently not possible."
  
                 
  
  
• Despite the system administrator assigning the necessary roles to users, edit access is not reflecting for user accounts.
• The Display/Edit button is disabled.
• The following message appears in the object, e.g. Message Mapping:
  "Software component version cannot be changed"
