Symptom

  • Unable to view some reports.
  • In Crystal Reports, the report refresh successfully.
  • When refreshing the same report in SAP BI LaunchPad, or the CMC, it fails with the error:
     
    "The database logon information for this report is either incomplete or incorrect..."
