How to set the preferred viewing locale using JRC?

Environment

  • Crystal Reports Server 2008
  • Java Reporting Component (JRC)

Resolution

  • In order to open the report in desired Viewing Locale, add the following line of code in the JRC application's code : 
              ReportClientDocument.setPreferredViewingLocale(Locale preferredViewingLocale);
  • Save the implemented changes.
  • Execute the JRC application.
