1571837 - Intermittent Error "OLAP provider connectivity cannot be found. Please install the OLAP provider connection software on the same machine as the MDAS server" when creating a new Voyager connection in CMC

• Initial connection after restart of the MDAS server on Windows works
• Subsequent connection doesn't work and gives randomly the error: OLAP provider connectivity cannot be found. Please install the OLAP provider connection software on the same machine as the MDAS server.
