1572439 - Set trip approval and settlement status when saving a trip

Symptom

When saving a trip the approval and settlement status are either assigned automatically or the user has the option to set it manually.

In case of transaction PR05 the latter one is possible via the screen "Trip Data Maintain: Status". However, this screen is not triggered automatically when you click on "Save".
