1573033 - Errors when attempting to run the svrcfg, repoman, or licenseManager utility on a UNIX platform - SAP Data Services

When running the ./svrcfg,  ./repoman or the ./LicenseManager utility on a Unix based Data Services, the following error messages can be raised:

• FIL-080139: Cannot open file <./conf/DSConfig.txt> in read mode. Please check its path and permissions.
• Error while loading shared libraries: libboeim_kd_64.so: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory.
• Unable to load DLL or shared library <libds_crypto.so>. Please make sure the library is installed and located correctly.
• FIL-080139: Data Services Error 80139 message text does not exist in file (null). Please contact Technical Support. Message parameters are:
  <./conf/DSConfig.txt>.
