1573066 - VLMOVE and Split Valuation Material Restriction

Performing VLMOVE transaction with movement 309 for a material to a split valuated material fails with error although a valuation type is entered in the target material entry. It raises error M7044 (The material entered is subject to split valuation. Each sub-stock of the material must always be assigned to a valuation type).

The same error might also occur on other movements types in VLMOVE transaction.
