1573469 - cannot view embedded swf InfoView/CMC

• Cannot view embedded swf file when viewing Crystal reports from Central Management Console or InfoView.

• Xcelsius Version : Xcelsius 5.3.0.0
• Operating System : Windows XP professional
• Flash Player Version : Adobe flash player 10 Active X version: 10.2.102.26
• MS Office Version : MS Office 2007
• Crystal Designer Version : Crystal Reports 2008

1.Log on to Infoview or Central Management Console.
2.Navigate to the folder which contains the crystal report with embedded swf file in it.
3.Open the report.
4.You cannot view the swf file from Infoview or Central Management console, but the same can be viewed in Crystal designer

1. Check whether the active X control is insatlled
2.Log on to  Central Management Console or Infoview
3.Navigate to preferences
4.Select Crystal Reports
5.Check the default crystal viewer to "Web" instead of "Web active X" or "Web Java"
