1574023 - Error: 5A377 "save was canceled" Error TK430: 'client has status 'not modifiable' - changing PD objects in an unmodifiable client

Symptom

  • You are executing transaction PPOME, PP01, P013 or other similar transaction making change to PD object.
  • The error can also occur in any system with HR platform dependent on transport settings in table T000.
  • When executing transactions to create or change organizational unit or maintenance of an OM position etc you get the error TK430 'client has status 'not modifiable' followed by "5A377 Save was canceled".
  • You wish to change PD objects in an un-modifiable client but encounter error when saving.
