1574264 - Error 'Action could not be executed' Appears While Creating Shopping Cart

You are creating a shopping cart from the Home work center and system throws an error message while moving to first step Selecting Products.

Error: Action could not be executed.

SAP Business ByDesign

1. Go to Home work center.
2. Go to Self-Services view.
3. Go to Self-Services Overview subview.
4. Select the Go Shopping or Go Shopping (Advanced) link under the Shopping section.
5. In Step 1, Select Products enter some values.
6. Error appears.

Shopping cart is not in scoped anymore.

You can scope shopping cart from the below steps:

1. Go to the work center Business Configuration.
2. Go to the Implementation Projects view.
3. Choose Edit Project Scope.
4. Go to step 3 Scoping.
5. Select Purchasing.
6. Select the checkbox Shopping Carts.
7. Finish the scoping.
