1575041 - Infoview not working after installing BO XI R3 SP3

After installing SP3 customer was getting the following error messages.

1. Invalid session.  Please close your browser and log on again.  (WiH 00013)
2. The application failed to run.  There was an error while executing the applicatoin.  Click "Details" for more informaatin.
