When refreshing a Web Intelligence document from Infoview, the following error is displayed:
A database error occured. The database error text is: (CS) "Unable to bind to Configuration object". (WIS 10901)
It was also observed that the Connection Server process would not start and immediately went to a "Failed" status within the Central Management Console (CMC)
