1575561 - Portal Applications excluded from Export unless SuperAdmin Role assigned

Symptom

  • You are exporting portal content including iviews and have the transport package property 'Resolve References' (com.sapportals.portal.transport.app.pcm.ReferenceResolution) set to 'True'. So you expect the portal applications (par files) on which the iviews are based to be included in the generated epa file.
  • However, when opening the transport package (at System Administration > Transport > Export) and selecting the 'Export' button, any referenced par files appear in the export preview with an error icon beside them and the message 'No permission'.
  • The par files are not included in the generated .epa file.
