1576308 - Update to file access rights failed, Return value 1332, during installation on a German, French or Spanish Windows system - Data Services XI 3.2 SP3 FP1 or below

• During an interactive installation there is a popup with a "Windows file permission" error. The installation completes successfully.
• For both an interactive and silent install your installation log shows the below error:

  30.03.2011, 13:07:48: RunRedistProgram(C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\cacls.exe "C:\Programme\Business Objects\BusinessObjects Data Services\Admin\abap" /T /E /G BUILTIN\Users:F /C). Return value 1332
  30.03.2011, 13:08:30: Update to file access rights failed. Please see the SAP BusinessObjects Data Services Installation Guide for Windows to manually update the files and directories to allow a standard user to use Data Services.
• On a German system there will also be:
  "Zuordnungen von Kontennamen und Sicherheitskennungen wurden nicht durchgefuehrt."
• On other localisations the error messages will be different, but always correspondent to the English:
  "No mapping between account names and security IDs was done."

• All Supported German, French or Spanish Windows.
• Data Services up to 12.2.3.1
