1576607 - Central Adapter Engine cache not updating in PI

• You notice errors relating to the Process Integration (PI) Central Adapter Engine cache.
• The errors are visible in different locations throughout the system.
• For example, after a full CPA Cache refresh (http://<server>:<port>/CPACache/refresh?mode=full) you get the error:
  Configuration Data cache update XML string from Directory.
  com.sap.sql.log.OpenSQLException: Connection object com.sap.sql.jdbc.common.CommonConnectionImpl@32b6ae07 has already been closed.
