When navigating to availability and performance management in Netweaver Administrator, the status of the instances cannot be retreived and the following error is written into the default trace: "Retreiving data....Data for instance <FQHN of the host of the instance> on port 5XX13 cannot be retrieved. If the instance is behind firewall - ensure that this port is accessible. This is also valid for instances that may be located on other hosts".
