1577796 - An Index refresh recurring schedule resets to none after the first occurrence

Symptom

  • Once an Infomation space is scheduled to refresh an index periodically (recurring), the schedule disappears after the first successful instance i.e. it resets to None
  • The Universe used by the Infomation space has a filter which uses row-level security using BOUSER.
  • Issue is seen to occur on an Explorer information space which is published on one server and being executed from a different server
  • The user used to configure and schedule the index refresh is an Enterprise user
