Symptom

  • Error when refreshing WebI report in MOBILE containing mandatory prompt from BEX query and optional prompt from WebI.
  • "A database error occured. "The database error text is: The MDX query SELECT ...........failed to execute with the error Value xxxxx for characteristic xxxxx unknown. (WIS 10901)" PREFIX="ERR">.
  • Problem only occurs when refreshing in MOBILE (works fine in WebI) and only when using a combination of mandatory ..prompt from BEx and optional prompt from WebI.
