1578217 - Password missing error leads to SAP JCo connection failure

Symptom

The user creates a Java application which connects to the backend server using JCo destinations and it fails with the below error:

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (101) RFC_ERROR_PROGRAM: 'password' missing com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions. TypeNotFoundException: type com.sap.pcuigp.xssfpm.wd.model.types.Ext_Service could not be loaded com.sap.dictionary.runtime. DdException: failed to create provider:'password' missing at com.sap.tc.webdynpro. services.datatypes.core.Data TypeBroker.getSimpleType(DataTypeBroker.java:250)Creating new Controllers while/after exiting a Component is not allowed.
