Symptom

How to display the value or data with a conditional formula in a crosstab in Crystal Reports 2008, like if the value > 5000, display "OK"

Environment

  • SAP Crystal Reports 2008

Resolution

  1. Right click on the filed in the crosstab.
  2. Choose Format Filed.
  3. Choose Common tab.
  4. Click the X-2 button of Display String.
  5. Edit the formula of the filed with [CurrentFieldValue].
    1. If CurrentFieldValue >= 5000 then "OK" else "NG"
