1580751 - Error 'calendar cannot be used for the settlement period' is issued - SD Rebate Process

Symptom

When you try to edit a rebate agreement via transaction 'VBO2' or you try to assign your own calendar to a rebate agreement type with transaction 'VB(2' the following error message is issued:
VK466 - Calendar XY can not be used for the settlement period.
