Symptom
- You are unable to see some software components (SC) entries in check-in tab of a track in the Change Management Service (CMS) WebUI - Transport Studio.
- You may see an error "cannot access inbox directory:\usr\sap\trans\CMS\inbox\" displayed in CMS Web UI.
- You may see "java.io.FileNotFoundException: \usr\sap\trans\CMS\inbox\ESSXXX.zip (Access is denied)" written in CMS server log.
- Assembling a component is failing with "TCSFileCreateException: cannot create file: \usr\sap\trans\EPS\in\assembled\..."
