Symptom

  • While launching the Central Configuration Manager (CCM - svcmgr.exe) or Crystal Reports 2008 (CR - crw32.exe) executables, the following error occurs:

SvcMgr.exe - Application error
The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0150002). Click on OK to terminate the application.
  • The Central Management Server cannot be started
  • While accessing the Central Management Console (CMC) or InfoView, an error is thrown:
Error: Server SERVERNAME:6400 not or server may be down (FWM 01003) null
