1582696 - BOE KM Navigation menu options are not in sync with BOE permissions when accessed in NW portal

After integrating BOE with SAP NW portal, when using KM Navigation View,

• While folder structures and all other security features looks good at the KM end,  the Menu Drop Down options on the KM Menu items are not as expected.
• Even if a User doesnt have Edit/Modify access in BOE, the user is able to see the 'Modify' menu item (even a 'New' report menu item).
• On the Folder context menu, the user has Objects creation menu option - which is not desired
  (Eg. New > Add new webi, new deski , new voyager, etc...)
• Also, on all folders/objects context menus, users have options to move, delete, copy, etc.  - which is not desired
• However, when logged into Infoview, the same user cannot a webi / voyager document
• The menu items on KM are not in synch with the security setting on the BOE platform.
