Symptom

  • After a XI3.1 Servicepack install, users are unable to login to InfoViewApp and CmcApp
  • The installer fails to deploy the BusinessObjects web applications (WAR) files
  • When running wdeploy to deploy all war files manually. following error is thrown
    "Build failed: java.io.IOException create process <AdminTools.warpath>"
