Symptom

  • When 3-tier WebI Rich Client is launched from Infoview, a 3-tier DeskI launch from the same Infoview session will result in a license error: "No license was found for Desktop Intelligence"
  • The error persists even after closing out one of the thick client tools
  • A new Infoview session is required to clear the error
