Symptom

  • Web Intelligence formulas containing char(10) displaying question marks inside black diamonds in PDFs exported
  • Junk data is displayed at the end of a line prior to a carriage return after saving or viewing a WebI document to PDF
  • The Web Intelligence Processing server is running on a Windows 2008 server
  • OR the report is exported from WebI Rich Client running on Windows 7
