1587543 - How to View Time Recordings by Service Agent

You, as a time administrator, want to review service agent's time recordings on project tasks. Because service agent is not an internal employee and he/she does not have a time file, you cannot see his/her time sheet in Time Administration.

You need to go to the Supplier Base or Business Partner Data work center to view the time sheet of a service agent.

1. Go to the Supplier Base work center (or Business Partner Data work center).
2. Select the Service Agents view.
3. Select the respective service agent and select the Edit Time Sheet button.
4. Select the respective calendar week then you can see the time recordings of service agent.

Actually here you can also enter the time recordings in service agent's time sheet on his/her behalf.
