1587725 - PCM: Copying to clipboard from Data Explorer is slower than viewing

Symptom

It is possible to create a view in Data Explorer that returned 100,000 rows in less than one minute. It is also possible to scroll up and down the rows and view the results in seconds. However; if all of the rows are selected and copied to the clipboard then there is a long delay of tens of minutes.
