1587964 - Error during conversion of XI message

Symptom

  • The error below is thrown when you send messages through the Sender SOAP Adapter.
  • The error can be viewed within the Audit Log of the failed message.

"Transmitting the message to endpoint http://<server>:<port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry using connection SOAP_http://sap.com/xi/XI/System failed, due to: com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: Received HTTP response code 500 : Error during conversion of XI message".
