1589518 - HRALXSYNC: Problems with Changes since date and background run

Symptom

You are using HRALXSYNC report in background with “Changes since” parameter active to synchronize HR data with Business Partner data. You have at least one of the following symptoms:

  • The parameter “Changes since” is too old in the past (for example 01.01.1900)

  • The background job for HRALXSYNC ends with a memory dump like:
    TSV_TNEW_PAGE_ALLOC_FAILED
    TSV_TNEW_OCCURS_NO_ROLL_MEMORY
  • The background process ends, but takes too much time
  • The background process ends, but the “Changes since” date is not updated
