1590569 - OVA8 'Open Orders' and 'Open deliveries' flags are having no impact on credit value update

• The flags 'open orders' and/or 'open deliveries' in the OVA8 transaction have been turned off. However, the values are still being updated as part of the credit exposure.
• The orders/deliveries are contributing to the 'open orders' and/or 'open delivery' value in the credit exposure, which is not expected.
• The orders/deliveries should no longer be a factor in the credit exposure as the fields T691F-STVAW and T691F-STVLW have been flagged off. However, this is not the case.
