1591506 - On WebSphere 7 clicking on List Of Services gives you a 500 error

You've deployed the Webservices (dswsbobje.ear/war) from BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 3.1 on your Websphere 7 application server and when you go to the url you can view the Axis welcome page.

You then click on the Services link (View the List of all the available services deployed on this server) and you get a 500 error on the continuing page with out any other content.

In the WebSphere logs you see:

    at org.apache.axis2.transport.http.AxisServlet.init(AxisServlet.java:455)
