1592198 - Caught IOException while saving repository: SDM Deployment issue

Symptom

During deployment of files (.SCA/ .SDA/ .EAR etc.) using the JSPM or SDM tool, the operation fails and the below error is logged in the trace files (default trace file and the SDM logs):

\SDM\program\config\sdmrepository.sdc: java.io.FileNotFoundException: (The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process) Fatal: Caught IOException while saving repository: \SDM\program\config\sdmrepository.sdc Fatal: SaveRepository Handler.handleEvent: SDM internal error.
