Symptom

City Chongqing is missing from the list of Region Keys for Map of China in Xcelsius

Environment

  • SAP BusinessObjects Xcelsius 2008

Reproducing the Issue

  1. Create a new dashboard from Xcelsius.
  2. Drag the Map China by region to the design window of Xcelsius from Components list of Maps Category.
  3. Click on the Map and from the configuration page switch to the general tab.
  4. Click the icon from the Region Keys section.
  5. Note that City "Chongqing" is missing from both Region and Region Key column.

Cause

This is a product defect.

Resolution

The issue has been fixed in the following version:

  • SAP BusinessObjects Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack (SP) 3 Fix Pack 6. (FP 3.6)
  • SAP BusinessObjects Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack (SP) 4 Fix Pack 1. (FP 4.1)
  • SAP BusinessObjects Xcelsius 2008 Service Pack (SP) 5.
