1593657 - Account Information Not Recognized: The secLdap plugin failed to connect to the specified hosts. (FWB 00028)

Symptom

Logging into the InfoView with LDAP SSL Authentication fails with error:

"Account Information Not Recognized: The secLdap plugin failed to connect to the specified hosts. (FWB 00028)"

Enabling the debug Java option of '-Djavax.net.debug=ssl:record' the customer was receiving the below error in the logs:

"The keystore located at "FILE LOCATION" failed to load due to the following error: DerInputStream.getLength(): lengthTag=127, too big"
