1594162 - How to set custom Report Views visible to other Users

You have created a custom report view, for a specific report, and would like to have such view available for other Users.

In order to have the custom report view visible to other user you need to create and save such view, for the desired report, directly from the Business Analytics work center.

Once this is done you will be able to see the name in the Views Created by Key User tab, for the respective Work Center, otherwise it will just appear in the My Views tab.

Note: You may also save the custom report view from any other work center although the view will then be visible on for your User.
